Hof des Wandels
Permaculture farm with no dig market garden and herb garden producing veggies, fruits, flowers, herbs and processed products from seed on.
During the guided tour from our cultivation house to the highest point of our herb and veggie garden, you will not only get to know all kinds of typical local and non-local plants, but also understand how we work and think on our farm using permaculture principles.

Guided tour through the historic center of Bozen-Bolzano and discover the most famous sights. The tour takes you through the old town and the medieval arcades. A local guide will tell you interesting facts about the history of Bozen-Bolzano’s origins and draw your attention to art-historical testimonies. During the subsequent visit to a traditional inn, you will learn about the special features of traditional speck production during a tasting.

KARUNA CHOCOLATE
Guided tour of the chocolate factory KARUNA that is the first one in South Tyrol producing organic chocolate directly from the cocoa beans. You will discover the constant researching and experimenting of KARUNA in order to make the best possible chocolate from the best raw materials.

Eschgfeller mountain pine oil distiller
Tour of the distillery and short video, where the work in the forest is explained. Afterwards you will get to know the different products.
Guided tour for one group in Italian and for the other one in German, duration 1 hour for each group.
Point of departure: At 2.00 pm at the main entrance of unibz, Campus Bozen-Bolzano. Both guided tours will start at 2.30/2.40 pm.
Excursion Caldera of Bozen – Bolzano
The Oswald Promenade lies on the slope of an ancient caldera. Discover the traces of this enormous volcanic event that took over the entire Bolzano basin 280 million years ago. A current research project on this volcano is bringing further insights to light.
Guided tour for one group in Italian and for the other one in German, duration 2 hours for each group.
Point of departure: First group at 2.00 pm (Italian guide) and second group at 2.30 pm (German guide) at the main entrance of unibz, Campus Bozen-Bolzano. The guided tour will start for the first group at 2.15 pm (Italian guide) and for the second group at 2.45 pm (German guide).
Alternative programme in case of bad weather: Historical tour of the Maximilian-Massimiliano I office house, which is home to the Bolzano Science Museum. Afterwards, you can visit the special exhibition on your own. Guided tour for one group in Italian and for the other one in German, duration 1 hour and a half. Point of departure: Both groups at 2.00 pm at the main entrance of unibz, Campus Bozen-Bolzano. The guided tour will start for both groups at 2.15 pm (Italian and German guide).
