Guided tour and wine tasting: This authentic wine experience for all the senses takes place in the new wing of the Cantina Kurtatsch. Here, you will gain fascinating and valuable insights into the significance of terroir, the diversity of the Kurtatsch vineyards, and the uniqueness of the wines. The educational TERROIR Experience leads you into the Dolomite barrique cellar with its natural rock wall and concludes with a tasting of 5 wines from our TERROIR line. Tour and tasting in English. Guided tour of the BITZ unibz fablab, a community workshop for hobbyists, researchers, students and alumni in Bolzano. We will take a look around and explore the machines such as the 3D printers, laser cutter and stitching machine. There will also be an opportunity to practise on your own during a small project workshop. Guided tour in English. Duration 1,5-2 hours.
Discover the diversity of apples from South Tyrol and their wide range of flavours and textures. Take a look at them, take a whiff and take a bite to enjoy their crispness and juiciness. Tasting session led by an apple sommelier in English. Maximum duration: 2 hours.
The artisanal coffee roastery Kuntrawant with its cozy coffee bar is the perfect place for coffee lovers who appreciate the exceptional. During the tour, we will show you where coffee comes from and provide insights into its origins, cultivation, and harvesting. We will also introduce various preparation methods and, of course, explain the roasting process. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a small coffee tasting.

Museion presents an exhibition of works by Franco Vaccari, who lives and works in Modena. The exhibition is called “Franco Vaccari: The Softest Hard”. There will also be an exhibition of works by Evelyn Taocheng Wang, a Chinese artist who lives and works in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Her exhibition is called “Evelyn Taocheng Wang: Sweet Landscapes”. A guided tour of both exhibitions will be available in English. Duration: 1 hour.

This tour showcases the integration of fish farming and plant cultivation into a closed-loop system that conserves resources, protects soil and paves the way for new approaches. On the tour, you can experience what the future tastes like. From seedlings to finished salad and from insect feed research to aquavoltaics. Guided tour in English. Duration 1,5 – 2 hours.
Guided tour through the historic center of Bozen-Bolzano and discover the most famous sights. The tour takes you through the old town and the medieval arcades. A local guide will tell you interesting facts about the history of Bozen-Bolzano’s origins and draw your attention to art-historical testimonies. During the subsequent visit to a traditional inn, you will learn about the special features of traditional speck production during a tasting. Guided tour in English. Duration 2 hours.
