Guided tour and tasting of wines at the winery Tramin (BZ). Cantina Kellerei Tramin offers a collection of fascinating masterpieces that reflect the work of 160 winegrowing families bound by their love of the land for generations, carrying on their traditions and creating the unequalled scents of this unique region. During the guided tour, you will explore the history of the winery and its wines and learn about the wine production process. The visit concludes with a delicious tasting. Together with a hiking guide we will hike part of the Kalterer Peace Trail and reach four of the seven reflection points. After a short walk through the beautiful Altenburger Forest, we will hike part of the wild and romantic Rastenbach Gorge, from where we will ascend to the Peters Ruin. Crossing the Peace Bridge, we will reach a very special viewpoint with a view of Lake Caldaro, the Überetsch region, and in the background, the peaks of the Dolomites. Passing by the small church of Altenburg, we will return to the starting point. The hike will not take place in case of bad weather. In that case, the registered alumni will be able to join the NOI Techpark tour. Tour in German, duration about 2 hours.

Amò was founded in 2017 and works exclusively with milk from animals raised in the pastures of South Tyrol, ensuring a zero-kilometer supply chain. Savor the delicate flavor of stretched-curd products crafted according to Mediterranean tradition and the Slow Food philosophy.

Workshop on corals, coral reefs and climate change.
This program explores the structure of coral reefs and their symbiotic relationship with algae. In the lab, participants will use microscopes to examine live coral samples and observe their zooxanthellae to understand their essential role. At the marine aquarium, we will learn how coral reefs form and their importance in marine ecosystems. The issue of coral bleaching will also lead to a discussion on the effects of global warming and actions to mitigate its impact.

The artisanal coffee roastery Kuntrawant with its cozy coffee bar is the perfect place for coffee lovers who appreciate the exceptional. During the tour, we will show you where coffee comes from and provide insights into its origins, cultivation, and harvesting. We will also introduce various preparation methods and, of course, explain the roasting process. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a small coffee tasting.

Museion presents the exhibition “Graffiti,” which for the first time in Italy explores the connection between visual art and graffiti. It showcases historical graffiti from the 1950s and 60s, as well as works by international artists who have integrated graffiti into their art. This exhibition marks the beginning of a research line focused on art as a social practice and resistance. The second exhibition is dedicated to the collection of F. Conz, a collector and publisher connected to the Neo-Avant-Garde, who gathered material from Fluxus, Viennese Actionism, and Lettrism. Additionally, a part of the video collection is presented on the second floor. Guide in English. Duration: 1,5 hours.
Visit the Batzen Brewery and discover the fascinating world of beer and its production. The brewing experts carefully craft each beer, allowing it to age to perfection. Experience a tasting of the three signature beers brewed by Batzen Bräu and enjoy a guided tour of the brewery.
The tasting will be conducted in English and lasts for 1,5 hour.
Guided tour through the historic center of Bozen-Bolzano and discover the most famous sights. The tour takes you through the old town and the medieval arcades. A local guide will tell you interesting facts about the history of Bozen-Bolzano’s origins and draw your attention to art-historical testimonies.
